Gophers Art is an image generation service that creates custom gopher illustrations based on user specifications. The Service allows users to customize various aspects of the generated images including but not limited to skin color, pose, outfit, expression, theme, and background details.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

4. Intellectual Property

All generated images are provided for personal and commercial use. However, the underlying technology and software remain the property of Gophers Art. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gophers Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gophers Art operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
